announced today that Morel S.A and Conway Stores, both
of Panama, chose Made4net’s WarehouseExpert™ solution to drive logistics
and operational
efficiency in their warehouses.
Morel S.A is a wholesaler
specializing in import and distribution of apparel and
household goods. Morel’s warehouse is situated in the Colon free zone,
and the company is
using SAP Business One to manage their purchasing, order
management and finance.
Conway Stores is a local retailer with 5 stores throughout Panama. Conway has
a centralized warehouse in Panama City that serves
the various stores. Conway is also is using SAP Business One to manage
their purchasing,
order management and finance.
WarehouseExpert will
provide the two warehouses a complete operational solution,
with complete synchronization to SAP Business One. By using the latest
technology such
as Radio Frequency terminals and barcode technology,
it will fully automate all warehouse processes starting with receipt,
optimized storage and
putaway, pick and pack, replenishment, and counting
– to name a few.
Both operations are
planned to be launched within the next 2 months, bringing
the standard implementation schedule for a WMS to a breaking record of
less than 3
months.
